9) Support for Senior Service Manager will not last forever - Sooner or later, support for Senior Service Manager is going to end. No software company supports old (legacy) applications indefinitely; sooner or later you will receive a letter officially announcing that Senior Service Manager is no longer supported. That time hasn't come yet, but it's not that far off. This is something you don't want to come anywhere near. (Remember also that you cannot upgrade to ServiceShop unless your Senior Service Manager support is current.)
