5) QuickBooks is reason enough alone to
justify the entire cost of the upgrade - And we have many users
who have upgraded for this reason alone (not to diminish all the
other reasons). QuickBooks brings you new and better ways to
analyze your business, including many, many new G/L reports, the
ability to customize and store reports, the ability to compare
financial periods (compare a period this year to same period
last year), graphing, and exporting to Excel (to name just a
few). QuickBooks also brings you dramatically improved Accounts
Payable, with the ability to view all vendor debt on the screen
in due date order, after which you can click each invoice you'd
like to pay; QuickBooks continuously displays the impact this
would have on your bank balance. You also get the ability to
print detailed check vouchers (check stubs) showing which
invoices you're paying (a hotly requested Senior Service Manager
Payables enhancement request for years). With QuickBooks you can
can even do your own payroll. There are various ways to run
QuickBooks at (or from) home, allowing you to do after-hours
bookkeeping or financial analysis you can't get to during the
day. You can also easily send your financial data to your
accountant, who probably wonders why you're not already using
QuickBooks (we hear this all the time), and would vastly prefer
that you were. QuickBooks has become the de facto standard for
small business accounting, and once again, you're holding your
company back by depriving it of the benefits QuickBooks brings.
