On Site Training - Curriculum
A brief, general, highly-compressed description
of what takes place on each of the 5 consecutive training days
(may vary considerably depending on individual circumstances
and trainer's discretion):
Day 1: "Prep Day"
(usually Friday)

Review - Is everything working properly (client PCs,
printers, device sharing, backup systems, and so forth)*

Bookkeeper training

Final Trainee Identification and Qualification
- Who will be trained on what? What are each trainees
strengths, weaknesses, and concerns?

Preparation for Training - Explanation
and preliminary review of the training syllabus with all
trainees; agenda review for the next 4 days
*Important note: almost invariably, a
certain amount of the first training day is spent
finalizing software installation, network, and
printing issues. Do not expect a full day of training on
the first day. However, the more ready you can have your
network, the more training time you'll get out this day.
QuickBooks should be installed before the trainer's
arrival. Network preparation for all client-supplied
equipment is your responsibility.
Day 2: In Depth Training
(usually Saturday)

Inventory strategy and setup including
parts groups and matrices
