An optional Data Extract Utility D.E.U.), automates this process by producing a file from Senior Service Manager you can send to CustomerLink via email, FTP, or on a floppy disk.

In order to use CustomerLink with Senior Service Manager, you must have the optional CustomerLink D.E.U.. This is only available from GenesisFour - you cannot purchase it from CustomerLink. To order this utility, call GenesisFour at 800-937-4364 x10.

Once you have purchased and received the D.E.U. it must be installed and configured on your system. For assistance with this, contact GenesisFour West at 661-297-4697. This is the only number you can call for technical assistance with this installation.

During the installation you will need to know your CustomerLink account number, FTP username, and password.

After the installation is completed, you will be instructed on how to use the D.E.U.
